Altus Property Ventures, Inc. (APVI), formerly Altus San Nicolas Corp., was incorporated and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 28, 2007. The Company listed its shares of the Philippine Stock Exchange by way of introduction on June 26, 2020, transferring to the Main Board on May 13, 2022.The primary purpose of APVI is to engage in the business of selling, acquiring, building, constructing, developing, leasing and disposing of real estate properties and property development of all kinds and nature.

The Company owns and operates the North Wing of Robinsons Place Ilocos mall located at San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte. The Company shall serve as a vehicle for possible future real estate ventures and opportunities.

Prior to December 20, 2019, APVI was a wholly-owned subsidiary of Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) and an indirect subsidiary of JG Summit Holdings, Inc. (JGS) through RLC. On December 20, 2019, the Company became a direct subsidiary of JGS by virtue of the property dividend distribution by RLC to its stockholders.
