AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC), formerly Prime Orion Philippines, Inc., was incorporated as an investment holding company on May 19, 1989. ALLHC underwent three changes in corporate name, with the present one approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 9, 2019. The Company is a 70.90% subsidiary of Ayala Land, Inc.

ALLHC is a developer and operator of industrial parks, warehouses, cold storage facilities, and commercial centers. In 2022, the Company ventured into the establishment of data center facilities. ALLHC has the following subsidiaries: Laguna Technopark, Inc.; Unity Realty & Development Corp.; LCI Commercial Ventures, Inc.; ALogis Artico, Inc.; Orion Land Inc.; Tutuban Properties, Inc.; Orion Property Development, Inc.; and A-FLOW Land I Corp.
