Caspi Shipping & Transport Services, Inc. (CSTSI) is a Philippine domestic shipping and logistics company established in 2016, headquartered within the Tsuneishi Heavy Industries compound in Buanoy, Balamban, Cebu. It is a subsidiary of Cebu Asiatic Shipping & Port Services, Inc. (CASPI), a joint venture owned by Japanese investors (40%) and Filipino capitalists (60%), providing support services to Tsuneishi Heavy Industries. CSTSI operates one Landing Craft Transport vessel (LCT – Caspi 1) currently deployed in the Luzon and Visayas areas, transporting rolling cargoes and vibro sand. The company also owns a box barge and a tugboat available for lease. Its vision is to engage in domestic shipping for passenger and cargo operations across Philippine territorial and internal waters under Philippine maritime laws.
