The company is responsible for developing high-rise residential, commercial, and office buildings within Century City, including notable projects such as The Gramercy Residences, Knightsbridge Residences, Century Spire, and Century City Mall.

Century City is a 3.4-hectare integrated development located along Kalayaan Avenue in Makati, consisting of multiple towers, retail spaces, and office buildings designed for residential, commercial, and mixed-use purposes.
