DAWN Tech is a specialised provider of a unique conformal surface coating based on a family of paraxylylene derivatives (dimers), which undergo a vapourisation and polymerisation process to form what is commonly known in industry as ‘Parylene’. Parylene is a generic name for a proven class of polymer-based conformal coating which has been widely deployed in Europe and North American in a variety of high-value sectors such as the electronics, automotive, aerospace, medical and industrial industries.Dawn Tech was established in Malaysia to provide this superior coating technology to customers in the Asia Pacific region using our know-how and expertise. The teams at Dawn Tech is comprised of technical and operations staff with years of extensive hands-on experience in dealing with parylene. With our in-depth operational know-how, we have developed our own proprietary know-how which is able to improve the application of the parylene coating, resulting in a value-added and superior coating solution for our customers across the Asia Pacific region.
