GEOGRACE Resources Philippines, Inc. is a Philippine-based company engaged in the exploration, development, and exploitation of mineral resources such as gold, nickel, copper, and chromite. The company also acquires mining claims and concessions and participates in mining operations, including extraction, smelting, and processing of minerals.
It was originally incorporated in 1970 as La Suerte Gold Mining Corporation and later underwent multiple name and business structure changes before becoming GEOGRACE Resources Philippines, Inc. in 2006.
