Hanjin Heavy Industries and Construction Philippines, Inc. (HHIC-Phil) was a Philippine shipbuilding and heavy industrial company established as a subsidiary of Hanjin Heavy Industries & Construction Co., Ltd. of South Korea. The company operated a large-scale shipyard facility in the Subic Bay Freeport Zone and engaged in the construction and repair of commercial vessels and offshore structures.

The company filed for corporate rehabilitation in 2019 following loan defaults to Philippine banks. Official government records and subsequent reports identify HHIC-Phil as a defunct operation, with the former shipyard assets subsequently transferred to other operators.
