The International Institute of Rural Reconstruction (IIRR) is a non-governmental organization founded in the Philippines in 1960. The organization conducts rural development programs focused on food systems, education, health, environmental management, and economic empowerment through community-based initiatives.

IIRR maintains its Philippine operational office in Silang, Cavite and implements development, research, training, and capacity-building programs in partnership with government agencies, civil society organizations, and local communities.
