Team Pacific Corporation (TPC) is a 100% Filipino-owned offshore assembly and manufacturing facility for high-performance power device packages, established in 1987 as a contract assembler of hermetically-sealed semiconductor packages. Over the decades, TPC has expanded its operations to become a comprehensive resource for the assembly and test of power semiconductor packages. The company primarily assembles power discrete packages such as SOT-227, TO-247, TO-264, and related variants, power modules, and hermetically sealed metal cans. In recent years, TPC has expanded into Silicon Carbide (SiC) semiconductor assembly, establishing a dedicated SiC production line that has been certified as an Automotive Qualified line, positioning the company for growth in the electric vehicle and advanced power electronics markets. TPC operates from its facility at the Food Terminal Inc. Special Economic Zone (FTI-SEZ) in Taguig City, a PEZA-registered economic zone.
