The University of Asia and the Pacific (UA&P) is a private higher education institution located in Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Metro Manila. Founded in 1967 as the Center for Research and Communication (CRC) by a group of professionals affiliated with Opus Dei, it was granted university status by CHED in 1995. UA&P is a research-oriented university focused on business education and values formation, offering programs in arts and sciences, economics, management, engineering, education, media and marketing, social sciences, law, and governance. It operates seven schools and colleges and three research centers including the Center for Food and Agri Business (CFA), Center for Research and Communication (CRC), and Center for Social Responsibility (CSR). The university maintains active partnerships with local and international organizations, government agencies, and academic institutions.
